We have made some modifications for booking out a slot and I have put some advice in this video about leaving notes for yourself perhaps for a call back.

The fitting sheet has now been incorporated into the quote notes. You won’t see it until you go to add a new note. Click the ‘+’ sign and there it is. Fill this in and you won’t need to do the paper form anymore. Here is a video on how to do it

The database has now been poulated with all the old customers. It means that you don’t have to type their contact details in again should they call back.  Just type in ‘can:’ into the search bar followed by the name of the customer. Sometimes you might want to create a new order for an existing customer at the same geographical place. So, you might want to make a new appointment for a landscaper to visit for example. Technically, this is a new order (it might need someone who has different skill sets). Here is how you can do that.      

You’ve booked a slot out to leave a not for yourself but you have either changed your mind or completed the task so here is how you unbook it to free the slot up.

Sometimes you just need to book things quickly without associating it with an order or a customer. To leave a note for yourself or a team member or book off leave then watch this video.
