Flobot: How to enter description of works completed for customer to see on the invoice. In Flobot this is very simple to do and there are many ways to do it. The simplest is to create the charges from the quote. Watch the video below on how to do that.  

Here’s how to send invoices : Go to Orders. Click the three-dot actions menu icon & select Send batch invoices (only 9b orders). Then you’ll able see all 9b orders & then press Send button.

Here’s how to update order stage: Go to Orders. Click the three-dot actions menu icon & select Move Stage Order. Then select orders you want to update order stage by ticking on tick boxes. Scroll down & find Order stage drop down with save button. Then select order stage & click Save.

This video shows you how to build a quote in Flobot using the stored price list. Type in the material or service, fitting rate, whatever you want into the description and select from the drop down menu.    

You may want to add the dimensions of the artificial grass cuts or carpet cuts into the quote. This information is not shared with the client. But it is useful when making orders with your suppliers or passing it along to the inventory system so it can be cut and delivered to site.

A nice big sticker on the invoice to say this has been paid and also a bigger visual que in the charges section. And for the costs section we need to enable someone to mark whether an invoice has been paid or not
