Multiple checklist feature

Using multiple checklist feature, companies will able to send single or multiple checklists to the FTM

How to add checklist templates

• First, login to flobot and go to settings.
• Then go to the “App Template” tab.

Add a new template,

• Select “New Template” from Template option dropdown.
• Give a template name on “template name” textbox
• To add checklist items, use “+” sign.
• To remove checklist items, use “-” sign.
• Enter checklist item names on each textbox.
• Then check madatory status.
• Select checklist item type from drop down menu as Image or Text (image option is currently under development).
• Finally click save.

Edit an existing template ,

• Select “Select Template” from Template option dropdown.
• Select template from “template name dropdown.
• add/edit/remove items as previously mentioned.
• Click save.

Delete a template,

• Select “Select Template” from Template option dropdown.
• Select template from “template name dropdown.
• Click on Delete Button and click OK.

Add text to ” App check list label ” textbox to change default checklist tab name on the flobot app.

How to turn on/off checklist feature on the app

• Go to settings.
• Now go to app settings.

• Turn on ” Enable Field team job checklist section in the app ” to show checklists on the flobot app. or turn off it to hide.
• then select a template from ” Field team job checklist template” drop down box.
• Finally click save.

How it works on flobot app

• login to flobot app.
• then to go an appoiment.

• Multiple checklist tab will show with name what you have enetred for “App check list label ” field before.
• Open that tab, then all created checklist templates will appear.

• FTM will need to select one template.

• Then fill the checklist.
• tap on delete icon if wrong template is selected.
• Complete other information & submit the jobsheet.

Checklist will appear on the bottom of the jobsheet.
