To get started, make sure logged in to the Flobot admin portal. You need to sign-in.
- In the top right, go to Settings > Quote settings > Quote options.
- At the bottom, find the “Enable quote deposit payment process”.
- Once you enabled that button , then it will open another 2 buttons called “Enable drag & drop schedule for quote process” & “Enable quote appointment process”.
- After quote sent to the customer they will receive the quotation ,once quote has been accepted it is automatically move to the payment process
- Which automatically moves, if you only enbaled the toggle button called “Enable quote deposit payment process” and you can process the payment as well.
- When you enabled the toggle button called “Enable quote appointment process” and after your payment has been done it will popup message box with the “Book now” button which will allow you to book an appointment to the capacity schedule FTM in the calendar of schedule v2.
- Once your booking completed you can see the completed message as well.
- When you enabled the toggle button called “Enable drag & drop schedule for quote process” then booking appointment calendar move to the schedule v3
