FTMs able to edit their account from Flobot app. But when you change your details, you need to wait until review your details. Once your details are reviewed you’ll get notify the decision.
Edit FTM account details in Flobot app
- Open your Flobot app on your device.
- On the bottom navigation bar, tap My Account.
- Tap Edit My Account.

- Make your changes.

- Submit changes to review.
Note: Admin decision will be notify to the FTM by push notifications.
Review account details in Flobot admin area
To get started, make sure logged in to the Flobot admin portal. You might need to sign in.
- In the top navigation, go to Field resources.
- Open customer account you want to review data.
- Next to FTM ID, click Review updated data by FTM and approve.Note: Review updated data by FTM and approve link only appear when FTM submit data from the Flobot app.

- Review updated date with current data.
- Chose Approve or Reject at the bottom.Note: Admin decision will be notify to the FTM by push notifications.
