What’s new in Quote Items

We’ve updated the user interface and many of other features you already use, and added new features to help you work faster and more efficiently.

Quick access link

To get started, make sure logged in to the Flobot admin portal. You might need to sign in.

1. In the top right, click Settings .
2. Click Quote settings > Items.

Advanced Search

Search Quote Items by description or type.

1. In the Quote item price index table top right corner, click Menu .
2. Click Advanced Search.
3. In the Description box at the bottom of the pop-up, write what you’re looking for.
   Tip: You can use Type of entry drop down to filter your search results.
4. Press Enter.

Item Note

You can share a little note with any item like “doesn’t come in yellow “. If quote item has a note,  icon appear after item description. When mouse hover over , tool tip show with quote item note.

1. On your admin portal, go to Quote Items section.
2. Point to the quote item.
3. On the right, click Options.
4. Click Edit.
5. In the Note box at the bottom, type a message.
   Tip: Also able to set quote item note on  Add Quote Item section.
6. when you’re done, press Enter.

 Multiple Delete

1. In the Quote item price index table top right corner, click Menu .
2. Click  Delete quote item.
3. Check the tick boxes to the left of the quote items.
4. At the bottom, click Delete.

Sort Items

You can sort quote items by Type & Description to organize or analyze it.

1. On your admin portal, go to Quote items section.
2. If you clink on Type of entry or Description column header,  Quote items will be sorted.

 Last Update Time Stamp

Once you add a new quote item or edit already exist one, time stamp save with it.
