As you may know Flobot has a client portal module. In this module your clients can see the status of their jobs, appointments that have been made, they can print off their own invoices, keeo track of their spend and get a copy of any stored documents such as Electrical PIR Certifiates, Gas Safety Certifiactes, signed job sheets, pictures of works completed etc. It’s a very useful tool and saves you a lot of admin time if you can get your customer to administrate themselves.
If the lose their password which invariably happens they simply need to click the ‘Forgotten Passord?’ link on the portal login screen. However, customers can be demanding so it’s helpful if you can reste this for them, or take access away. Here is how you do it:
Go to the customers account.
And click the ‘edit account’ button:
And now simply change the password and send it out in an email to your customer
Your customer will now receive an email and they can login with the new password
