How to change job sheet email & appointment reminder email settings

Here’s how to change Job Sheet email settings for All Customers, Job Owners & FTM’s :
  • Go to Settings > App Settings.

  • Scroll down & Find Send customer job sheet email, Send owner job sheet email, Send FTM job sheet email toggle buttons.

  • Press Save button to save you settings.

(Note: All these toggle buttons are already turned on by default)


Here’s how to change appointment reminder settings
  • Go to SettingsFieldNet.

  • Scroll down & find Appointment settings area.

  • You can enable or disable appointment reminders for all Customers & all FTMs by using  Enable appointment reminder email toggle button.

  • Then you can set appointment reminders sending time by using Appointment reminder before drop down.

  • Then you can set who should receive the appointment reminders by Using Enable appointment reminder drop down.

  • Then you can customize appointment reminder details by using below toggle buttons.

  • Press Save button to save you settings.

Here’s how to change settings for Customers :
  • Go to All Customers , Open a customer account & then select edit account.

  • Scroll down & find Appointment reminder , Engineer reminder toggle buttons.

  • Press Save button to save you settings.

(Note: Also above toggle buttons can find when you are going to add new customer. All these toggle buttons are already turned on by default).


Here’s how to change settings for a Users ( Job Owners ):
  • Go to Users section.
