Change your navigation links

You can change the links that appear in the navigation bar of every page so that they are more relevant for the way you use Flobot on a daily basis. By default the links are:

  • Dashboard
  • Enquiries
  • Orders
  • Quotes
  • Field resource
  • Schedules
  • Financial
  • Payments

You can remove, edit or add your own links (to either Flobot pages or external URL’s) by accessing the settings control panel and from the menu on the left select ‘Navigation’

You’ll now be presented with the ‘Manage Navigation’ page and from here you can add, edit, re-order and delete your navigation links:

You can enter the URL directly into the column two. If there’s a page in Flobot that you use regularly, such as adding a new enquiry or viewing a particular Field Team Member, you can copy the link from the address bar and paste it into the link box. You can also do the same by copying and pasting a link from an external website in the same way.

Now that you’ve created your link, you need to give it a label, which you can add in column three.

Once you’re happy with your new link, click save, or ‘Add new’ to add another. Your new navigation links will be shown immediately.
