Some times customers want to reject the quotes. The customers can select the reason for rejecting the quote in the system.
If there is no reason to select in the Reason for rejection dropdown, you can select other and fill your quote reject reason in the relevant text box.
How to add customized quote reject reasons to Reason for rejection dropdown
Users are able to customize quote reject reasons in the system settings.
- In the top right, go to Settings
- Scroll down and click Quote rejections.
- Click the three dot and add quote rejection
