How to send FTM location using Flobot app

To get started, make sure logged in to the Flobot app.

  1. Open Flobot app & view today’s appointment list.
  2. Go to one of those appointments.
  3. You’ll be able to find a new tab as “Send My Route”.
  4. Then you have to chose send via SMS or Email.
  5. Then select account contact or site contact details.
  6. A success message will appear when the location successfully sent.

How to view FTM location in customer side.

Via email link

  • Once FTM send location via email, Customer will receive an email as FTM route map subject.
  • Open that email & click on track FTM URL.
  • Then customer will be able to see where is FTM & in the left side able find FTM details.

Via SMS

  • Once FTM send location via SMS, Customer will receive a SMS from serviceteam.
  • Open that SMS & click on track FTM URL.
  • Then customer will be able to see where is FTM & in the left side able find FTM details.
