Change settings for Project Sign-Off feature

To get started, make sure logged in to the Flobot admin portal. 

NOTE: Project Sign-Off Sheet feature only available in ServiceTeam.

Set department base Zoho URLs

  1. In the top right corner, click Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Departments tab & click on it.
  3. Choose a department, Then go to Options > Types on the right side.
  4. Then choose a department subtype & then go to Options > Edit on the right side.
  5. Then scroll down & find the Zoho form link.
  6. Set your Zoho URL for the selected department subtype.
  7. Click Save at the bottom.
How to set department base Zoho URLs

Change app settings

  1. In the top right corner, click Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the APP Settings tab & click on it.
  3. Go to the Project signoff sheets tab.
  4. Turn on department base Zoho form option.
  5. If you want to mandatory this department base Zoho form, turn on Mandatory department base zoho form toggle button.
  6. If you have an override Zoho form, First turn on Enable Zoho form override toggle button.
  7. Then set override value & override zoho form URL.
  8. Click Save at the bottom.

Department base Zoho URL & Override Zoho URL in the Flobot app.

  1. On your Android phone or Apple phone, open the Flobot app.
  2. Then go to any of your appointment.
  3. You’ll be able to find a new tab called PROJECT SIGN OFF SHEET.
  4. Once you tap on that tab, it will take you to the Department base Zoho URL. But if job charges passed the override value, it will take you to the override zoho form.
  5. Then fill the zoho form & submit it.
  6. Once you submit the job sheet, the above Zoho form attached to the job sheet.

NOTE: Project sign off sheet tab doesn’t available when there’s no department base URL available for that appointment.

NOTE: Project sign off sheet link will be attached to the job sheet PDF.
