- Open customer account you want to enable invoice footer.
- In the Account Summery section top right corner, click edit.
- Scroll down & find Enable invoice footer toggle button.
- Enable toggle button & then automatically appears Invoice footer description text area.
- Edit your invoice & Save your changes.
Here’s how it work
- When invoice footer feature enable for a customer, system user will be able to send invoice with invoice footer template.
- In the edit invoice details section, you’ll be able to find a drop down for select PDF invoice footer.
- If customer is invoice footer enabled customer, Account footer template option available in the PDF invoice footer drop down.
