Here’s how to enable invoice footer

  1. Open customer account you want to enable invoice footer.
  2. In the Account Summery section top right corner, click edit.
  3. Scroll down & find Enable invoice footer toggle button.
  4. Enable toggle button & then automatically appears Invoice footer description text area.
  5. Edit your invoice & Save your changes.

Here’s how it work

  • When invoice footer feature enable for a customer, system user will be able to send invoice with invoice footer template.
  • In the edit invoice details section, you’ll be able to find a drop down for select PDF invoice footer.
  • If customer is invoice footer enabled customer, Account footer template option available in the PDF invoice footer drop down.
