Automatically attach FTM documents into engineer notes

How to attach a document to account

  • First login to your flobot account
  • Then go to order that you want to attach note
  • Click “Account Overview” then “Document Store”
  • Under “Account documents” click button and attach a file
  • Then you can turn on/off your attachment

How does this feature work?

  • Go to “Account Overview” then “Sites and Branches”
  • Select the order
  • Then go to “Order Notes” and you can see your attachment under “Engineer notes” (Only if attachment turned on)


  • You can create orders from “new inquires” or “Sites & branches”
  • These attachments only visible on orders created after attaching the document
  • Turning on/off document will not affect existing Orders
