Once the user adds a complaint flag on any order, the Complaint flag icon appears in the Green color until passing the 2days. Then it will appear in Yellow color until passing the 4th day. On the 5th day, icon appear in Red color. Also, it will notify the specific email address by sending a notification email.
NOTE: Red color complaint flag appear until the remove the complaint flag
Mark as Complaint order
- Go to the Order overview you want to add a complaint flag.
- Then click on burger icon in the order overview section.
- Select the Add complaint flag option.
When some order marks as a complaint you can identify its default order list & inside of order.

- Yellow – More than 3 – 4 days late
