Flobot able to automatically notifies customers & FTMs before the appointment start. You can customize these notifications from the Settings section.
- Log to the Flobot web and go to Settings.
- Scroll down and select the FieldNet.
Now you can see the above options,
• Enable appointment reminder email: You can enable or disable an appointment reminder by this toggle button.
• Enable appointment reminder SMS: You can enable or disable an appointment reminder SMSs by this toggle button.
• Appointment reminder before: You can select your email reminder that will go to before hour, day or week from the dropdown.
• Enable appointment reminder: You can decide that email reminder will send to whom, customer, Engineer or both.
• Send FTM details: When you enable this button email reminder to include the FTM details. And you customize it, what details should send name, Telephone no, Email address, Picture you can enable or disable it by other toggle buttons
